Has the park-and-ride (east) been relocated and resized?

Tonight (Sunday, November 2) I accessed B&NES' Tackling Congestion website to learn more about their proposed plans. I'm a little confused in that the proposed Bathampton Meadows park-and-ride site appears to have migrated into the back garden of Bailbrook House Hotel (and grown in size from 1,300 to 1,400 spaces).

Has B&NES struck a deal with Bailbrook House to save the expense of building a new park-and-ride and instead use the hotel car park? Allow me to be one of the first to congratulate B&NES on this bold and innovative step that cleverly avoids building on green belt and demonstrates a new-found respect for the environment.

Of course, it is possible that B&NES is still planning to build on the meadows and this is just another confusing piece of information that will mislead the public. Irrespective of whether the error is a genuine result of ineptitude, is it too much to expect the council to get fundamentals (where's it going, how big is it) right?
